Timeless design

The extraordinarily beautiful and dramatic Kilty coat is made from a beautiful textured tartan from the C&R archives. It is made and dyed in Scotland at a heritage Scottish mill.  Fastened with leather kilt buckles it is as striking worn done up on undone. The long flowing silhouette is fitted from the shoulder to low bust by sewn down pleats, opening to a flowing garment. The Kilty coat is fully lined in silky cream lining. Part of our British tailoring collection. Model is 5'9 and a UK size 10.

Lochcarron Tartan

One of the most respected heritage mills in Britain, and a global leader for producing tartan; Lochcarron has made tartan for some of the finest fashion houses in the world.

Dyed and woven for C&R, this design has been taken from our archives. The tartan is made
from the finest wool and mohair which is dyed and spun in house then woven on intricate machines.

Each piece is hand stitched in England by an experienced and talented team at Christi-Anna Lomas, just outside of Cambridge.
